GMU-TV Student Guidelines for Telecourses

TV's tend to stretch images as they go through the broadcast and reception process to your home television. In order to keep your text and images visible on viewers' TV screens, you should follow these guides when setting up your Powerpoint graphics.

To use this graphic as a guide in your Powerpoint Presentation, download the screen safe graphic without text. Import it into Powerpoint and use it as a background. Now you will be able to place your text and graphics in your presentation and have them be screen safe. When you are finished, replace the background with your own.
