Services - Working with General Manager, responsible for approving and prioritizing production requests - Develop detailed production plans for all GMU-TV productions including initial concept, staff, budget, facilities, contracted services and production schedules. - Develop/recommend production standards and protocols.
Producer/Director/Editor -
Responsible for conceptualizing, final scripting,
directing, shooting and editing assigned GMU-TV productions. -

contracted services and production schedules. -
Responsible for supervising production crews and/or
providing production support for a variety of special televised productions
such as one-time, live remote, and multi-camera events. -
Adept with DVCPRO 50, BETACAM SP, Final Cut Pro, Avid
Media Composer, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects.
Lighting Director - Responsible for the lighting design and implementation for GMU-TV’s studio productions.
Supervisor - Responsible for hiring all part-time and contracted personnel. Identify personnel workflow needs and determine overall requirements. Based on this, develop/recommend schedules, maintain budget, and process payroll. - Provide all necessary training, and give semi-annual performance reviews. Additional Responsibilities - Research and identify system expansions to meet anticipated future workload. Prepare equipment purchase recommendations and cost justification. - Maintain and repair equipment and facilities as necessary. - Develop division wide policies and procedures working with various committees (i.e. ITU Mangers committee, ITU Hiring committee) |

Work with clients planning and implementing projects, from creation of scripts, writing estimates, contracting and directing a student crew in all services through completion of the project. Manage the day-to-day operations of the television studio and editing/multimedia suites including: equipment maintenance and purchasing, staffing and scheduling the use of the studio and edit suites. |
